Cast on a multiple of 8 stitches.
Rounds 1, 2, 3, and 4: *K4, p4, repeat from * to last 4 sts, k4.
Rounds 5, 6, 7, and 8: Knit.
Rounds 9, 10, 11, and 12: *P4, k4, repeat from * to last 4 sts, p4.
Rounds 13, 14, 15 and 16: Knit.
